Processing
Course offers an introduction to 3D and focuses on alcohol free processing, preserving detail, printer selection, and a variety of resins to evaluate.
C&B
Intro to Rodin Palette
Course offers an introduction to 3D, alcohol free processing and preserving detail. We will also explore the nature of light cure products and why processing instructions need to change. The course will also help you evaluate what you need and don't need for equipment and inventory.
Although this is an entry level course, we will have you handling 3D prints like a PRO. You and your team will learn how to take printed ceramics to a new level, with various stain techniques, and clear directions to achieve optimum results.
Advanced C&B will explore micro-layering for effect, and masking for deep shade changes.
Hybrids
Course offers both Basic to Advanced Stain/Glaze in this module. We will take you thru several techniques to achieve your desired results. We will also discuss the variety of resins available and on the horizon.. there are some exciting advances on the way.
Dentures
Course offers both Basic to Advanced Stain/Glaze in this module. In this course we will also discuss coat-and-cure techniques as well as coat and stain techniques to achieve a variety of tissue tones.
Implants/ Exocad
ZBLC Demonstration Cases are with Dr. Aj Marabeh at North County Dental Arts
Course offers both the basics of abutment handling, bonding and cleanup, damaged abutment recovery, and de-bonding successfully.
Modules will also be available for Exocad design of split file Custom Titanium Abutments, Hybrids with ZBL Concept, Angled and Non-Engaging options. Implant model design and processing will be taught. We will explore componentry from various companies and address their pro's and con's, as well as model materials that hold up.
Participants are encouraged to have Exocad with both Implant and Model Modules.
We currently use the Galway version, files are provided.
