Firing Layering/ Titanium Destroys Interfaces With an Oxide Layer

Various layered Ti stages

"this was my art"

Reclaiming Interfaces is an Art,

the "tools" can not be purchased.

Whether damaged in the lab, during manufacturing, an "unknown" or faulty process... or by design.

You will see the Laser Etched Straumann Logo begin to appear on the BL RC. Over polishing would remove it.

Multiple Ceramic Firings have Buried It.

below is a pmma temp case... easily printed

Panthera Angled Drivers

We have Mastered the use of Panthera in "Angled Solutions". From CAD to Cast-to. Panthera Drivers use the manufacturers screw with angles up to 20 degrees. Below starts with a Straumann SC,

Above is Neoss Manufactured at TRU Abutment. This was prior to TRU having an "Angled solution".

Four Panthera configurations cover most implant systems. I've "worn out" multiple sets.

we have been fabricating thru the "complete process" since the day we started
from intake to completion... in the background. for years.

hundreds of frames. thousands of abutment designs. thousands of  abutments handled professionally.

Every "true technician" has that "One" case

the one you work into the early hours of the morning to complete. stay for. go back too, and wake up for.

just before ThanksGiving, during rush time, a case came in.

my instructions were clear.

make it as easy as possible to "deliver".

make it last thru "the Holliday meals."  Pt wants to be able to eat anything

"deliver" as soon as possible, as All The Family is on the way.

telescopic copings milled in acrylic, cast and fit in Noble Alloy.

after the copings are fabricated, the impression is placed back on and dies are permanently fixed

copings and frame are seated to both models

Nobel non-engaging UCLA's affixed with acrylic, frame is waxed to completion and cast

finished and sent to Ceramics

polished, fine tuned, and given my final QC, walked out the front door.. "early", yet still "on time"

more important.. an extremely successful "delivery".
